My experience with the sales agent is amazing. Jessica was super nice and very accomodating. She was very professional and was always there. I did not purchase a home there due to location issue but definitely recommend this place if you are looking to buy in Plant City.

Came in to the community to take a look with my buyers. Was greeted with a warm welcome from the sales rep, Ginny. She was super helpful and informative on what the community offers and floor plans. She walked my buyers through the entire process to help them understand their options as a first time home buyers. Highly recommend her if you are visiting this community!

We recently relocated from out of town to Timber Ridge, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. Moving can be very stressful, but Ginny was absolutely exceptional! She made the entire process feel seamless and was always super responsive, helpful, and reassuring every step of the way. The community itself is beautiful and welcoming. We’ve had such a positive experience working with Taylor Morrison from start to finish. The site manager, Jose, is also amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions and explain details thoroughly.
